Cyan Hotel De Las Americas - Buenos Aires

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

The room was dated, and I encountered several issues including very few power outlets, made charging devices quite difficult. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. They refused to assist when I needed to hail a taxi in the rain, frustrating.

The hotel was set in a very central area so close to shops & cafes, shopping districts in the microcentre, restaurants and the Obelisco, Recoleta, and much more. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Recoleta district. We booked triple room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The breakfast always had very very good choices.

The place was perfectly clean and we loved triple room. The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. The location was convenient, met extremely helpful staff from housekeeping to the waiters❤

The hotel's center location made exploring easy, and the fast Wi-Fi kept me connected. The large bathroom was a plus!

Really enjoyable stay, functional place. Good breakfast with variety of good food. Ideal location near to shops & cafes. Also - not far from a taxi and shopping options.

The location is perfect for exploring. It's a short walk to the Obelisco and many dining options. The staff was super nice, accommodating our luggage storage. Breakfast was tasty and had everything we needed. Our room on the 10th floor was quiet and comfortable.

Very centrally located. Very clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast was great and the servers were very attentive. There was free internet and computers available. Enjoyed the hotel so much that we booked another night with them.

The location was easy walking distance to shopping and pts of interest and the area felt safe. The breakfast buffet was also good with enough variety to satisfy most anyone, unless you're very picky. Staff and facilities would've scored better except for the below.

Staff scores would've been excellent, and they are for bellhops, wait and service staff. The downgraded score is attributed to those behind the check in desk, which was noted in other reviews. They appear very aloof and uncaring, especially the partially bald guy w/glasses that seemed to be in charge. We initially checked in for 2 days, left for a day and returned for another night. This was reserved months in advance and confirmed with this person before we checked out for the one day. Upon returning, the same person told us the type of room reserved was unavailable. When challenged, he found a room that met the criteria but nothing like the one we had on our first stay. This prevented the overall facilities score.from being excellent.

We found the breakfast selection satisfying and the staff welcoming, arranging our transport with ease. The daily room cleaning kept our environment fresh and tidy throughout our stay.

Room was large. Plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Staff helpful (although very laid back and never in a hurry!). Close to a busy street with plenty of cafes etc. Good breakfast.

Like most hotels noise from the corridor was loud and it appears people socialise a lot later in South America and are noisy when they come in - a lot of talking at high volume.

Close to where I needed to be. Friendly staff. Roomsize ok, good Internet Connection.

Unfortunately no Gym :-(
